- Ensure that the information for testing is accurate and complete.
- Submit the application form for material testing or service request at the Material Testing Administrative Office, Building 5, 1st Floor.
- Payment must be made before testing, and please submit the materials along with the work order issued by the staff at the Material Testing Laboratory, Building 5, 1st Floor.
- Service hours are available on official working days (Monday – Friday), except for public holidays and days declared as government holidays, from 08:30 AM – 04:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM).”
