The ‘First Encounter of Civil Engineers’ project in the academic year 2024 was organized to enhance the knowledge, experience, and life skills of freshmen. It aimed to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among the first-year and second-year civil engineering students. Additionally, the project provided an opportunity for the incoming freshmen to get to know each other. A total of 280 students participated in the event, which was held from August 10 to 12, 2024, at the Department of Civil Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi.
