On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, 80 students from Wat Phutthabucha School, grades 10-12, visited the Department of Civil Engineering and its various laboratories. The visit was hosted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Duangrudee Kositkittiwong Kongkijjakul, a lecturer in the Water Resources Engineering program, who provided a presentation and introduced information about the department to the students. After the presentation, the students were given a tour of the Hydraulics Laboratory, the Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory, and the Structural Engineering Laboratory. This activity was organized to allow the students to learn more about the faculty and the programs they are interested in, experience the atmosphere of a higher education institution, and have the opportunity to interview and talk with university students about life on campus. This experience provided them with information for making decisions about their future studies and inspired them to set goals for their lives. The students had the chance to see the actual facilities, tour real laboratories, and engage directly with faculty members and staff.
