The Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi organized its annual seminar from July 13-14, 2024, at the Way Hotel in Pattaya, Chonburi Province. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wutipong Muangnoi, the event chair, stated the objectives of the seminar, while Dr. Julapoj Jirawatjaradej, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, welcomed everyone and officially opened the seminar. The seminar was honored to have Prof. Chai Jaturapitakkul, advisor to the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at KMUTT, deliver a presentation on the development of the department. The purpose of this seminar was to foster unity within the department and to collaboratively gather opinions for the enhancement of core missions related to teaching, research, academic services, public relations, student development activities, and departmental initiatives, in order to prepare for the changes occurring in the present.
