On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, 158 students from Sangthong Witthaya School (Hat Yai District, Songkhla), grades 10-12, visited the Department of Civil Engineering and its various laboratories. Dr. Chanchai Petchpongpan, a lecturer in the Water Resources Engineering program, provided a presentation and introduced information about the department to the students. After the presentation, the students toured several laboratories, including the Hydraulics Laboratory, the Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory, and the Concrete Laboratory. This activity was organized to encourage students to know themselves better, explore their potential in planning their education and future careers, and broaden their educational perspectives. They had the opportunity to see the actual facilities, tour real laboratories, and engage in direct discussions with faculty members and staff in a friendly atmosphere.
