On Friday, July 19, 2024, 44 students from Sarasas Witaed Suksa School, grades 11-12, visited the Department of Civil Engineering and its various laboratories. Dr. Chanchai Petchpongpan, a lecturer in the Water Resources Engineering program, provided a presentation and introduced information about the department to the students. After the presentation, the students toured the laboratories, including the Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory and the Concrete Laboratory. This activity was organized to encourage students to explore and understand themselves in terms of personality, interests, and career aptitudes. The event titled “Learning Pathways to Your Dream Career” aimed to help students learn about the faculty and programs they are interested in, experience the atmosphere of a higher education institution, and have the opportunity to talk with university students about life on campus. This experience provided valuable information for their future study choices and inspired them to set goals for their lives, as they saw the actual facilities, toured real laboratories, and engaged directly with faculty members and staff in a friendly atmosphere.
